"Day of" Coordination –
Our most popular service, this package is perfect for the bride who has contracted all vendors for the ceremony and reception and would like someone else to take over the details on their wedding day.  This package includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Create a detailed timeline for the ceremony and reception
  • Confirm the contracted agreement with each vendor
  • Direct the processional and recessional
  • Cue musicians
  • Pin flowers on men and distribute bouquets
  • Liaison between Bride/Groom and all the vendors
  • Check set up of reception room (tables, centerpieces, seating, cake table, etc.)
  • Set up place cards, decorations, flower arrangements, etc. (if requested)
  • Cue vendors and staff for reception events (cutting of the cake, blessings, toasts, father/daughter dance, etc.)
  • Hand out tips to vendors

Customized Package –
You have contracted a portion of your vendors but need some help finalizing vendors.  This service allows us to customize a package that fits your needs.  This service allows us to recommend your remaining vendor selections and assist in confirming all pending details.  This package includes all of the "Day of " Coordination services (see above).

Ceremony and Reception attendance (8 hours)

Full Service –
This package is designed for the Bride who would like assistance with every step of the wedding planning process.  Includes all of the "Day of " Coordination services (see above).

  • Developing a wedding budget
  • Recommending vendors
  • Check vendor availability and book appointments
  • Etiquette assurance
  • Invitation wording
  • Arranging hotel accommodations
  • Arranging town car and/or limo service
  • Out of town bags
  • Tipping guidelines
  • Maintaining timelines and checklists
  • Assisting and preparing seating chart and layout of the ballroom
  • Review vendor contracts
